The Random Choir of Mutual Wonder

The Random Choir of Mutual Wonder

How many people have longed to join a choir but have never been brave enough to do so? The Random Choir of Mutual Wonder brings together the 24 Hour Experience audience at the amphitheatre at Federation Square in order to sing choral music to passersby. They are met by their conductor who organises the audience into sections, according to vocal range. They have twenty minutes to prepare and practice the choral work, followed by ten minutes to sing a version of it. When the choral work is completed, the conductor and audience have time to exchange conversation, phone numbers and farewells before the next event in the 24 hour program.
